Sure wish I could have played some tunes with you--I use a thumbpick and do the merle travis 2 finger style--my grandparents had several of your records and I used to listen to them very often--I know now that you are playing in heaven--God Bless and thanks for sharing your talent with us all!

Mr. Grammer was a great guitar pleyer, playing in sessions for other great musicians like Louis Armstrong. May he rest in peace. God bless his family and friends.

I saw Billy in Clovis, NM in 1963. He was a wonderful singer. That night he sang "Detroit City" It was the first time I heard it. I have always associated the song with Billy. I always wanted a Grammar Guitar, but never got one. Billy was a great talent
