Truly will be missed. A great man whom I did not know to well personally but have known my whole life. Growing up I never heard one bad thing about Frank. Only stories that were inspirational my father an employee of Franks would tell me from his pond to his family and work ethic. My thoughts go out to his family.
Please accept our deepest sympathies. Frank was a wonderful person & admired by many. He will be greatly missed. Dwayne & Kelley Shuart

My condolances, may your time of sorrow be short and that your healing be with family and friends. I remember seeing Frank down at the bowling alley in Suffern growing up. We were classmates at Suffern High. I remember Frank as always having a smile on his face.
