Just reading of Marianne's passing. I was a classmate at Riverdale, and BHS '61. She will be missed by many as she was always a bright light in a room!
Remembering a bright person in our lives at Riverdale Public, and at BHS, Class of '61. She will be missed.

We just heard about Marianne's passing today. Our deepest sympathies to Ken, Melinda and the rest of her family. My husband and I went to school with Melinda and Bob, and the Village Flower Shop did our wedding flowers. Their florist shop was one of our Linzey/Gallagher families go-to places whenever we had an occasion. We miss their shop and we will truly miss her kind and friendly attitude, spirit and smile. Sincerely, Jim, Robin and Stephanie Gallagher and Barbara Linzey
Dear Melinda, Bobby & Bethany - You all were so blessed to have Marianne as a mother, a loving Christian example. She never waivered in her faith, nor in her duty to her husband and children and all members of her family. She lifted me up in prayer many, many times. She was a very special friend and I will miss her sweet spirit, her humor and laughter and her joy for the Lord. Happy Homecoming, Marianne...I'll meet you on the other shore when it's time. With Love, Donna
My condolences to Ken and his family. Tho I have not seen Marianne in recent years, there are many childhood memories we shared at Riverdale school and onto BHS. I remember her as a quiet, yet fun to be with person. I'm sure she'll be missed. May she rest in peace with Jesus.
Peace and prayers to Marianne's family. I was amazed by her strength.Even with her own illness, she cared deeply for her husband's well-being.

I am going to miss my beloved sister-in-law, who was an excellent wife and mother, and a solid rock in our family. Look forward to seeing you again soon, Marianne, never to be separated again. Thanks for all the love and blessings you brought to our family!
I drove for Marianne at Village Flower Shop. Her peaceable spirit made the work so enjoyable. Our loss is heaven's gain.
My condolences to the family. Many great memories of Marianne, as a family friend, and my boss at the flower shop. Had lots of fun at the flower shop, as a delivery driver. Rest in Peace.
RIP Marianne. You were a great sister in law. I am glad your suffering is over and you are in the arms of our Saviour. We will be reunited someday. Our sympathies to Ken, Melinda and Bethany and their families. We will keep all of you in our prayers. Jack & Eileen
