Guy and Patti, I can't begin to put into words what Pop meant to Ruth and I. He knew me my whole life, a second father even more so after Dad was killed. Pop is and will be missed He was one of the last connections I had to my Dad. I loved him very much my thoughts and prayers are with you both. Say hi to Dad for me Pop!!!

To Howard's family and friends, my sincere condolences. Howard gave me a job as a theater and music critic and feature writer at Suburban Trends in the early 1970s. He was a wonderful mentor and friend. God speed, Howard. You will be missed.

To the family and friends of Howard. He did not know me nor did I know him, however, I feel like I did know him and his family and friends through his weekly article in the Trends. I will truly miss reading it. RIP Howard
