Love you,Dad! I just wasn't ready for you to leave us.....we'll keep your powder dry and continue on loosely, one step in front of the other! Thank you for being my Dad.

I only knew Jim for a couple years. He was a great American and always talked about his love for his children, grandchildren and the Marine Corp. You will be missed.

Our deepest sympathy... I remember Jim from long ago when my grandfather Owen Cole took me to the PR Targeteers club and later when I worked as a dispatcher and firefighter in Park Ridge. I also remember my grandfather chatting with him on the CB radio many years ago...."yellow jacket" and "ricochet". Great memories!

We will all miss you very much Jim. Park Ridge will not be the same without you.

Lisa, So sorry to hear about your dad,,,He, along w/ your mom were truly hospitable to me, my brother, and my dad. Always welcoming, he was pure business and could also laugh it up at the same time. Lean on his memory!

Jennifer/Matt, your grandfather was one of a kind, generous and kind and a straight arrow! Remember him fondly.

Take care!

I was fortunate to know Jim for 20 years, first as a customer, then also as a friend. Jim's integrity, respect, and pride...in himself, his family, and his country...was and will remain a tremendous source of inspiration for me. Jim was a very kind man and my sons always enjoyed a visit, either for business or just to bring him some venison or boar meat and share some friendly conversation. Hang Loosely my friend. Rest in Peace.
