The impact of your work, will last forever. May the passion, in which you performed your work, continue to inspire future generations in aviation!

The NJ/NY Port Authority was very fortunate to have my uncle's dedication, I only wished that my family had more time with him, prior to his passing. I'm very proud to have had him, as my uncle. He inspired us to reach further, for our dreams.

My heartfelt condolences on the passing of Phil. I worked at the PA and only interacted with Phil a few times. I'm sure he would not remember me, but I always remembered him. I met him in 1965 or 1966, and mentioned him to anyone who ever mentioned that they knew him. He was a legend within the organization who was open, kind, and helpful to everyone he came in contact with, regardless of rank or standing. When I met Phil I was an entry level clerical aide - there was no lower rated position within the agency, yet he treated me as if I were a Chief. I never forgot him, and am so sorry to know that he is no longer walking among us. May he rest in peace. He certainly has earned it. God Bless your family.
