Ralph Fedele was not only a great teacher and coach, but an inspiration to many of us who had the opportunity and privilege to know him. I played for Coach Fedele and also had the honor to teach with him at North Bergen High School. Most of what I know about coaching and athletics comes from what he instilled in me. I have always credited Coach Fedele for much of my success coaching softball at NBHS. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to know him, play for him, teach alongside him, and be able to go to him whenever I wanted to for advice on just about anything. He will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched over his wonderful life. Thanks for everything Coach.

Pammy, Laura, Lynn, amy and the rest of the extended family...our deepest condolences go out to you at this most difficult time. Although we barely knew your Dad, we heard some great stories and tales about him dating back to LBI. I'm sure you miss him greatly but will carry on wonderful memories in your heart forever. See you tomorrow....

Ralph Fedele was kind at heart, generous with his time and talent, and an inspiration to all who knew him. I was truly privileged to learn from him as one of his students and athletes.

Ralph was a classy guy who was a great teacher and a strong Union leader. My colleagues and I who taught along with him will surely miss him. RIP Ralph. My condolences to the family. I'm sorry I will not be able to attend the services because I will be in Michigan for the holidays.

So sorry to hear, via our Class of '69 mailing list, of Mr. Fedele's death. My brother, Steve Feigenbaum (class of 66), was a baseball team manager/scorekeeper for him, and I remember him too from NBHS. Rest in peace.

I was Mr Fedele's student too many years ago but not so many that I do not remember him in a kind way. He was a great teacher. My condolences to his family.

Always a gentleman. I was one of the lucky ones to witness Ralph's induction into the NJSIAA Coaches Hall of Fame. Ralph was a role model to all of us in the coaching profession. Thank you for inspiring us!

I was a player on the 1966 North Hudson Championship team at North Bergen High School, Coach Fedele first year as a varsity coach. All of the awards that I received in baseball was because of Coach Fedele. He was one of the best coaches in the state of New Jersey. I will always be greatful for everything that he taught me as a player and coach. He also prepared me to deal with the life in general. He was a tremendous person and a role model. He will now be going to coach that baseball team in heaven. R.I.P coach Fedele. I love you and I will miss you.
