Angela has very fond memeories of Mike as her youth soccer coach. She eventually made the switch from soccer to softball and everytime we saw Mike he would always ask how Angela was doing in school and softball.

I have fond memories of my last period Friday Freshman English class back in 1978-79 with Mike and his buddies. The public grieving is over but the private grieving begins. Though it gives me some comfort to know you are reunited with Dad, I miss you both so much. Finally peace for both of you. Much love.
Dearest Michael, if you can hear me now, you know that you were my first true love in good ole Brooklyn Jr. High. I can never think of that school without having wonderful thoughts of you. May you rest in peace.
Michael was an intern for me about ten years ago at Quinebaug Valley Community College. He wrote feature articles and press releases for the Marketing Department and did a wonderful job. He used to bring Erin in to see me and I could tell what a wonderful father he was and how much he loved spending time with her. I also urged him to participate in the internship program at the state Capitol and loved hearing about what went on in the speaker's office.
I can't remember when I last saw him, but Erin was with him in her soccer uniform and it was great to see that he was still such an involved father. When I heard about his death, I immediately thought of Erin and the tremendous void she has been left with. I'll always remember his sense of humor and beaming smile. My thoughts are with you all during this very sad and difficult time.
LeeAnn, Erin & the Kieltyka family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Michael and I were in the same class in high school and he was such a special person. I remember when I first met Erin at Village Green and I told her I knew her dad. Her face just lit up, she was so proud. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.
