Charlotte was a wonderful lady. We remember her fondly from our years at the First United Methodist Church, Woodstock.
May many cherished memories bring you smiles.
Wishing God's peace to your family,
Pat and Dick Peterson

To my dear Baxter cousins -- Kirk, Kip,Kenny and Kelly -- your mother was one of the sweetest people I knew growing up. Her giggle was contagious. Our Christmases together at Grandma's house are some of my dearest memories and I will always hold them close. I know she's loving seeing Uncle Darrell now and being free of frustration and pain. Much love and prayer to each of you and your families. Alice Murray

To my Baxter Family, Thank you for sharing Grandma Char with me. Her smile was contagious - who could be in a bad mood when you were around her? She always had a compliment to share and made sure that everyone felt welcomed and included whether at her home or just at a gathering. My deepest sympathies go out to each and everyone of you at the loss of such a wonderful lady.
