I worked in Kohler, Wi and Oak Brook, Il with Jerry and even remember when he was at Sterling Faucets. What I want to share is that he always had positive comments to say about everyone around him and was so much fun, He made the hours pass by more quickly! Sorry that I didn't hear about his passing until recently.(3 days or so)

Jerry was my closest friend in grade school and high school. We were alter boys together - under the strict tutelage of his brother Gene. We went to the seminary together. We played baseball and football together (he more playing me more sitting). Jerry waited until I left the Marine Corps to marry Patty - so I could stand up in their wedding - even trusted me to get the documents to the court house! We touched base off-&-on over the years - crossing paths in New York - and sadly, seeing Jerry most often (yet not often enough) over the past few years as he struggled. Remember how confident he was following his ground braking operations. Jerry was always willing to give me crap - that's what real friends are willing to do and accept. Tears are welling up now - so having trouble seeing what I write. God Bless you young man (he's younger than me) - and God Bless the McClone Family. Pete Werner
