So sorry to hear of Mr Fiskes passing.

Our thoughts and prayers to Ken's family after his recent passing. Ken assisted our Village (Fox River Grove)with many park grants from the State of Illinois. He was a dedicated environmentalist excelling at the procurement of grant monies to further those causes. We are saddened by his passing but grateful that he will rest in peace with our Lord.

I will always have the fondest of memories from my days working with Ken while he was doing projects associated with wetlands. I learned a lot from Ken both about my job and about life. He was a sincere, patient, caring man who loved his work and his family. Thank you for all you have done Ken. My sincerest condolences to all his family and friends.

My sincerest condolences to the Fiske family. I knew Ken throughout my entire career. He was a champion of the environment and made McHenry County a better place to live. He was involved with numerous environment agencies but what some people may not realize is that he served 30 years as a Soil and Water Conservation District Director, for that I will forever be grateful. I will dearly miss Ken as a colleague as well as a friend.
