Theresa H. Sukup, 80, was born October 6, 1937 in Chicago and died March 10, 2018 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
She enjoyed bingo, cooking, slot machines, playing bags, cards, but most of all loved her family dearly.
She is survived by her loving children, Jeff (April) Sukup, Kim Sukup and Pam (Chris) Woodlief; grandchildren, Jonathan, Diana, Andrew, Ben, Kyle, Rebecca and Anna; her brothers, Ed Jezior, Walter Jezior and Fred (Barbara) Jezior.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, John Sukup Jr.; and her brother, Ted (Arlene) Jezior.
