DAVID A. LEASK MUNSTER, IN
David A. Leask, age 50, of Munster, passed away peacefully Monday, August 26, 2013. He is survived by his mother, Lorraine Leask; sisters: Patti (Paul) Jeffreys of Peoria, IL, Barbara (Jim) Waters of Adrian, MI, and Judi (David) Pikula of Naperville, IL; brother, Tom Leask of Highland, IN; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Theodore Leask. Visitation will be Thursday, August 29, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 3:30 PM at Kish Funeral Home, 10000 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN and visitation on Friday from 9:30-10:00 AM at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Church, Munster, IN. Interment will be private. David loved to hunt, fish, hang out with friends, and cook. He was an avid reader, graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, and a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of the Chippewa Indians. Donations to the Highland Nursing Home, 9630 5th St. Highland, IN 46322 in his memory would be appreciated. www.kishfuneralhome.net

My deepest condolences to Dave's family. I worked with Dave for several years and got to know him a bit. Dave had a big heart and was liked by many.
I will miss him.
