LAURENCE BULTMAN, SR. SOUTH HOLLAND, IL
Laurence Bultman Sr., age 92, of South Holland, IL, passed away peacefully Friday, August 9, 2013. Beloved husband of Florence Mae (nee Jones). Loving father of Jeffrey Bultman and the late Laurence Bultman II. Dear brother of the late Boyd (late Mildred) Bultman, late Peggy (Jim) Thorstad, and the late June Bauer. Kind uncle of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents: Chris and Alice Bultman. Laurence was a Thornton High School graduate and later attended Purdue University. He was honorably discharged from the Army after serving in Italy during WWII. Laurence was a retired welding foreman with 44 years of dedicated service at Whiting Corporation then in Harvey. In retirement, he enjoyed his family, sightseeing, road trips and fishing. A private service and private interment was held at Mt. Vernon Memorial Estates Cemetery, Lemont, IL. Arrangements entrusted to Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd Street (Rt.6/159th St.), South Holland, IL.
