Dr. Altcheck saved my life when I was about 16, and again when I was 18. He will always be in my heart and prayers. I had a back procedure many years ago. He knew I was scared. He showed up, with a little gold clock, and held my hand during the procedure. I will always love and be grateful to have had him in my life. My prayers go out to their family. I loved Mimi too.

The Ergas/ Zucker family mourns the passing of Albert Altchek. Our families were always intertwined with love and friends because of Sol & Blanche and Jack and Gracie. Sending lots of love and good memories

I'm Linda Jawitz'es partner. I knew Albert for 39 years. I enjoyed being in his company whether at his office, homes, or dinner table. He was a friendly and gentle man.

Our condolences to Albert’s family for the loss of their beloved Albert. Albert was married, for over 40 years, to our mom Miriam (Mimi as she was known). We are forever grateful for the love and joy they shared. Albert was the love of her life and we loved Albert for his kindness and caring. I hope Albert and mom are happily together again. We miss them both so much.
