I know Debi from her ads. Her's was one of the two most effective I've ever seen, the other one being about wearing seat belts. I realize there was much criticism of the ad, but my guess is it was probably the smoking public, by and large who was the most vocal about it. Debi shared a great deal of vivid truth in her ad which I hope will have saved the life of many. She was, I'm sure a loved woman to her friends and family. I'm sorry you have lost such a brave person.

I lost an aunt to this type and I quit smoking a week after last visit with her (20 years) and have never wanted another one. My sincere sympathy to the family. She was an inspiration to many, I am sure.

So very sorry for your loss. Many of us have fought this habit. She was brave to bring this issue to the forefront in order to educate the public about it's dangers. I hope she will find eternal peace.
