Happy Birthday to the best friend/fan Irving Berlin could ever have...and the most loving supportive partner my dear friend Nancy could ever hope for. Rest peacefully, Larry dear, with assurance that you are ever in the hearts of so very many you have touched.

I called Larry's Number this morning to remember him on his Birthday for the 35th time following the kind introduction of the late Jim Morrison (DLJ) at the St Regis in 1978. Larry introduced us at your performance at The Pierre several years ago and I very much enjoyed your wonderful music that evening following Dinner with Larry. We shall be sure to offer special good prayers for your very Special Gentleman.
Happy birthday in heaven.
My darling Lar, you made my life sparkle for ten wonderful years. Now the angels are singing for you.
All my love till we meet again.
Rest in peace, Hub. We will miss our 3rd Musketteer dearly, love, Blair, Momma and Coco
Laurence was a great guy, a renaissance man, a fellow of great courage and generosity to all who knew him. He shall be missed.
I am happy to have known Larry and to have shared many a pleasant time, especially sharing the joy of music with him. Particularly the joy of his dearest Nancy's music and last New year's eve concert from Lincoln Center. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Larry!
A wonderful man, he will be missed. Alex Dreyfoos
