Dear Rovena, Mitchell, Brian, Alyssa, and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this extremely difficult time. I will never forget Phil and his wonderful personality. I loved how he would just whip out his pocket comb and comb his hair. He was so funny and he will be deeply missed by all.
