Lori,
There is a hole in my heart. You will be missed. I treasure the wonderful memories I have of you. We had great times out in Fire Island and in the city up on my roof.
Rest in peace,
Love,
Betty

I love you and miss you, my sweet Lori. The world is a sadder place without you.

To Lori's family, I am so sorry. There are never any words that seem to do justice in expressing one's feelings of sadness and sorrow. It is difficult enough when one has lived a long life; but when someone is taken so young it is incomprehensible .
Perhaps it will be of some comfort if I tell you she spoke of her nieces and nephews with love and concern as though you were her own children. She felt great pride in who you were and what you were doing with your lives. She expressed her appreciation for the love and devotion of Harvey , Rachel, her mom Roberta and her dad . She mentioned cousins she had deep feeling for. Lori and I were childhood friends. When we spoke, she fondly reminisced of her early years , before moving to Lido Beach, living with her parents and grandparents on Maple Blvd. We often laughed when we recalled stories of life in Jr high & HS.
She had a great memory and a great sense of humor.
Lori knew what was important in life . I do believe she felt the love her family had for her.
My deep, deep condolences for all who knew her.
She will no doubt be missed but never forgotten .
