I visited Marie weekly and prayed the Rosary for her during her stay in Kensington. She loved the Rosary (and country music)! Marie was a beautiful, and funny, person and I am grateful to have known her, and to have met her son, Kevin. God Bless You, Mrs. Beary! My condolences to the family on such a great loss.

Dear Patricia,

AS I read your mother's obituary, I was so mesmorized at her many accomplishments in her life, and what a pioneer she was for women in the law profession. She certainly must have had a great influence on you growing up, as you became a strong, independant woman and a very respected, sucessful Lawyer yourself.
I'm sure she will be greatly missed.

Like many others, I was charmed by your Mom when we all walked and talked around Winston-Salem some years ago. A happy thought, to have met both mother and daughter through haiku.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Much love,
Allie

Dear Roberta and Family,

Marie had many accomplishments in her life, but the one for which I am most thankful was her determination to achieve a higher education. She was the first of the cousins in the USA to go to college and graduate school, and many of us,I believe, followed in her footsteps

She will be greatly missed.
