I too, just became aware of this very sad news. Mr. Harlan was a kind, generous, and obviously very talented man. My thoughts and prayers go out to his lovely family and wonderful wife. I know his smile and legacy live on in each of you. Thank you Neil for being so special.

I have just now learned of Mr. Harlan's passing. He was my second father. Words are inaccurate to describe what he, Mrs. H and Sarah mean to me. I very clearly remember him strumming his guitar and singing Garden Party (while I sang along and Sarah rolled her eyes!). Mr. Harlan was kind, generous and patient. And as far as I could tell, was the epitome of an awe-inspiring dad. I was very lucky to be a part of that village

Neil was a special person. He had the native ability to bring a team together to accomplish great things. I will always remember the years I was able to work with him at McKesson. More than just a great manager, he was a great person who took an interest in your family. He was one of a kind.

My sincere sympathy to you all for your loss. To say that my life was not influenced positively by him would be neither honest nor accurate. He will be missed.

My condolences to all who knew and loved Mr. Harlan. May you draw close to the hearer of prayer during this difficult time. Psalm 65:2
