Such sad news. We didn't get to see Alan often in London, but have got very fond memories of those times. Our best wishes and love to the family in this difficult time. Nathan, Toby and Gabriel x

We are so sad to hear this tragic news. He was our neighbour for a long time and we all admired the way he supported Eileen through her equally tragic illness.

We are thinking about (bubbly) Emma and Andrew But most of all we feel for Spike. Words cannot suffice.

Love to you all from ghe whole Family Rush

What a tragedy for the family, Alan will be sorely missed. I will remember him for his all-round good humour, charm and generosity. From his cousin Hilary and on behalf of his cousin Caroline, and aunt Florence Saunders.
