Lots of good memories of my time in Wanganui with Bill. Michael spoke of his Dad as to where the skills had come from when servicing & repairs to sewing machines. Bill worked for Bill Brooklyn, who ran a Chainsaw Repair Business in Wanganui. Bill became competent in this area, he also learnt to weld. Considering his short time at Wanganui Technical College he went on to run several successful businesses.
I will certainly miss my old friend.

Happy memories, time flies by in the twinkling of an eye.

Remembered with much love and affection.

What can you say!!
Bill was such a Fine Gentleman.
Never heard a cross word from him.
His group Platinum Plus will miss him dreadfully. So will all the Darlings at the Rest Homes he sang at, and Geyserland Country Music Club.
Sadly he has taken his Jim Reeves voice with him.He tried to stay, but it was his turn to leave this World.
Rest in Peace Dear Friend.
Ian & Pat Thomas.
