I just heard the news today and it took my breath away.

Stunned and deeply sad.

He was dedicated, proud and passionate about his family and spoke with pride about his children and wife and their achievements.

Grant was a great man.

It was a pleasure and an honor to engage and work with him on a number of client projects.

Grants proposition -

"My passion is assisting organisations, leaders and leadership teams to co-create a compelling vision of the future that embodies purpose driven ambition and aspiration, believing that much more is possible. The elements are visual thinking, language, conversation and storytelling. The outcome is transformational. It is all about people and purpose"

Grant delivered.

Incredible energy, intellect, deep experience, intense focus and unfailing effort to get the "formula right". Grants efforts will have a lasting impact on the people and organisations he served.

My thoughts are with you and your family.

You did good my friend.

Grant Wallace was just one of the best people - great empathy, a great intelligence, great energy for making things better. A sad loss.

My world has got smaller now that I know that I will no longer have those intense discussions with Grant that challenged my thinking and made me aspire to be of better service to customers everywhere. He reminded me of what we could and should expect from organisations, what is actually possible and he inspired me not to settle. For those he worked with, whether as colleagues or as clients, he forever changed their thinking. That is the sort of impact that stays with you. I will continue those conversations when I need to be challenged - he will remain part of my thinking.

Such sad, sad news. My heartfelt condolences to you, his dearly loved family.
