I was deeply saddened to hear of Jim's passing. I worked closely with Jim at Kelloggs both in Adelaide and later in Sydney where he was a friend and mentor to me. I was always grateful to Jim for his thoughtful consideration and encouragement. A truly good and decent man.

I was shocked to hear the news about Jim passing away. Our deepest sympathy to Gaynor and family. I remember our Kellogg days in Penrose as very fond memories with a great team. Jim was a true gentleman and I am sure he will be deeply missed. Thinking of you all at this very sad time, Nicola (née Bennett), Tony, Mikayla, Emma and Daniel Alcock xx

From all Jim's Kellogg workmates in Australia & New Zealand we send sincere condolences to Gaynor and family.
Jim was a good friend and all round good guy.

We are so sad to learn of Jimmy's death. Such a beautiful man gone from this world too soon. Our thoughts and love are with Gay, Tarin and Trent and Connie and all the Slater family.
Rest In Peace Jimmy.
