Dear Maureen Susan Jennifer Kathryn and the Doms family. So sorry to hear of Jack's death. What a lovely man, great family friend, unassuming man and swimming champion. I have many fond memories of him at swimming events and social occasions. My thoughts are with you all. Anne

So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. He ran with my husband, Tim (deceased for 20 years), for many years. He was such a friendly man and I used to enjoy our friendly waves as he was jogging past and I was mostly walking. Keeping running Jack. All my love to Maureen and family.

Jack, your commitment to the Marathon Clinic along side Maureen will never be forgotten. Many members, many words of encouragement and sage advice. Some with a sharp tongue, and most with a rye smile.
You are and will be missed mate.

Id like to share our marathon ode for you.

Ode to the marathon.

This distance, this walk or run, this marathon will be all but fun.
Like challenges in life, it will be your friend, lover, enemy, friend, enemy to the point you will despise it, then it will be your lover, once again!!!
The Hamilton Marathon Clinic has embraced your need to climb this Everest.
We are with you.....every step of the way!!!

Run like the wind Jack, run like the wind!
