A true friend who will be long lost but never forgotten. I will always remember the many many hours of company watching rugby, going to the races, having a meal together or just catching up for a cuppa to chew the fat. Rest in Peace dear friend.

So fond of John and enjoyed happy hours at races when he came down cup week, and meetings in Levin at Breeders Group. So sorry for his loss. RIP dear friend

So very sorry to hear of Johns passing. He and Nick Hobbs were great farming buddies. A really nice fun guy and will always be in my memories. John was particularly kind to me at my husbands funeral{Nick Hobbs} a kindness I will never forget. Unable to attend today but thoughts are with you all, especially Betty. He was a Paekakariki legend.
