Our friendship spanned 64 years. We laughed together and cried together. We always managed to be in the same sports teams and tease each other about our failings. The parties and dances we went to were character building for many reasons. We shared our college and teaching challenges and bounced babies on our knees together.Those memories are mine to keep forever. Jeanette

Judy was a Good sort I worked with her Gathering Moth Plant pods and Digging up Roots of Vines Near Atawhai Whenua. When Don Chapple was alive Judy Used to say a Cheerful hello in Surfdale When ever we Met Always Cheerful but Would have a grumble if she was Not happy with you or someone else. A Real Waiheke Character. She Will be Missed.
