A wonderful friend. Always compassionate and insightful.
Thank you for everything.

Good friend in years long gone ,whom I sang with in G&S,and also in his memorable (but unpublishable) Easther Hymn;the latter usually in The Fountains Abbey and badly. Kind wishes to the family,
Keith Davidson, Blenheim.

Thank you Dr Easther for your amazing crosswords and brilliant Flim Flam wit and your kind appreciation of my market stall baking. I have 2 of your books, signed
by you on the fly cover. Your contibution to the world has been immense.I am glad your tribulations are over. Peace to your family.

I feel I have to make a spellling mistake or a grammatical error, as Michael just loved to help me in that respect. Michael will be sorely missed by the theatrical family in Hamilton and further abroad. We will miss you Michael. I can see him cringing now.
