So sorry to hear of Frank's passing. It was a pleasure to have been Frank's basketball coach at OHS. I kept up with him until we moved from Odessa five years ago and was proud of his accomplishments. Condolences to his family and friends.
Our thoughts go out to the Mijares family. May God help you find comfort during this difficult time.

Please accept my deepest condolences at the news of Frank's passing. I first met Frank back in the late 70's when we worked at Super M Warehouse Foods. I remember him as such an all around nice guy who stood out among the rest.
May you know that God holds yo close to His heart and may you experience the comfort of the Holy Spirit knowing that 'to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord.'
