I grew up on Jason Ave. My Great Grandfather had our house built there in 1916, so I knew Artie well. He always had a biscuit for our dog, and time to talk to the neighborhood kids. Our deepest sympathy.

I remember Art and his brother Bob from childhood. My father, Pers Buchtel W8JTI got Art and Bob into ham radio in the 1930's. Both, but especially Art spent a lot of time either at my dad's house or his radio repair store on Kenmore Blvd in the 1930's learning amateur radio along with several other Kenmore High School boys. Art is the last of those boys. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Paradis Family. Michael A. Buchtel, Medina, Ohio
