Elizabeth Garnet Coalgrove (nee Burkhart)
BARBERTON -- Elizabeth Garnet Coalgrove (nee Burkhart), 72, passed away after a long illness on Thursday, January 23, 2014.
She was a member of Wintergreen Ledges Church of God. Preceded in death by husband, Larry; parents, Elmer and Gussie Burkhart; sister, Delores Faulkner and brother, George Wayne Burkhart. Beth is survived by her children, Janet Lee (Kenneth) Dye, Chip Eppinger and Randy (Cathy) Eppinger; four grandchildren; brother, Frank (Anna) Burkhart; sister, Wilda Burkhart; along with other family members and friends.
The family would like to thank the staffs at Parkview Cancer Center and the Acute Palliative Care Unit at Summa Barberton Hospital for all the care and support that they provided.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at Wintergreen Ledges Church of God, 1889 Vernon Odom Blvd., Akron, Ohio 44320 with Pastor Jim Roma officiating. Entombment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203, and also one hour prior to the service at the church.
