Armond Gwinn Obituary
Armond D. Gwinn, 81, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jim and is survived by his wife, Irene; sons, Gary (Renee) and Brad (Christine); and daughter, Ardath (Tim) Shmigal; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Midge and Regina.
Private service for the family only will be held Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013 at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (Rt.#93, Canal Fulton), with Rev. John Powell officiating, followed by a graveside service at Manchester Cemetery. (Swigart-Easterling, 330-854-2356, www.swigarteasterlingfuneralhome.com

Armond was so kind to all of us teens back in the 70s, he made the work fun.

I was so sad to hear about Armond's passing but I know that my loss is Heaven's gain. I have nothing but good memories of him and most of them funny! He was the best Junior church teacher ever-he made learning interesting and fun!! I can't wait to see Armond again and enjoy time with Jesus and him together. What a glorious day that will be! But in the meantime, while we wait for that reunion, I'll be praying for all of you that the Lord will be your comfort and strength, a very present help in this time of trouble.
