I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to all of you for your loss. During our race for Akron City Council in 2001, Chad was an absolute gentleman in the campaign. That alone is an admirable quality and speaks of his character.

Dearest Crawford family. It is certainly sad news to read about the passing of Chad. He was a wonderful person and I am so thankful that he touched my life for so many years! Always a smile, loving stories of his family events and just an all around great guy. I will certainly miss him and my heart and prayers go out to you all! He touched so many of us...we are the lucky ones! God Bless you all, especially during this difficult time.

My prayers are with you at the loss of an awesome gentleman. I will never forget the year that Cody was having one of those terrible-horrible-miserable days and Chad took a day off work and pulled Cody out of school and they had a father/son day. Cody came back better, straightened out and ready to try again. I always told him he was father of the year for knowing what his kids needed and made it happen. Rest in peace, friend.

To the Crawford Family, I was so sadden to hear of chad's passing. He was such a great person... I have such great memories from when you guys use to come into the shop, he was always bringing chinese food..... He will be missed by so many. Shawn, Cody, Cara and Clay,
I am so saddened to hear of Chad's passing. He was an amazing guy and I am so glad I got to know him during your years at Miller South. He loved you all so very much and always talked about how proud he was of his family. I remember him sneaking around trying to figure out a way to take you all on the show choir trip to Italy and how fun it was to finally surprise you Shawn. His life was short but he sure lived it well! You are all in my thought and prayers!
