Kathy Allen Obituary
Kathy was a life resident of the Akron area, a 1981 graduate of Lake High School and a member of New Hope Chapel, a Church of Christ, Jackson Twp.
She was preceded in death by her father, Benton C. "Bud" Allen and stepfather, Bruce Hoover, and is survived by her son, Aaron Smith; mother, Barbara Jo Hoover; sister, Heidi (Danny) Martinez; niece, Kelsie; and nephew, Zeke.
Funeral service will be WEDNESDAY, July 10, 2013 at 7 p.m. at the New Hope Chapel, a Church of Christ, 9460 Portage St., Jackson Twp., Ohio, with Dr. Kenneth Morrison officiating. Friends may call at the CHURCH, WEDNESDAY, 5 to 7 p.m. A private burial will be held at Uniontown Greenlawn Cemetery. (Swigart-Easterling, 330-854-2356) www.swigarteasterlingfuneralhome.com

Kat, I want you to know I think of you every day.. miss you bunches and wish you didn't have to leave this place so soon but I will say HEAVEN is way better than this place we call home..
