To the family of Fontella Bass, I am so sorry to hear of her death. I remember singing that song in my teenage years. May you draw comfort from the following: At Psalm 56:8 -Do put my tears in your skin bottle. Are they not in your book? Like David I know that God is aware of your pain and what you are dealing with emotionally. He will give you the strength beyond what is normal to live each day as you endure this time of bereavement of your family member.
