Linda Schwendiman Obituary
Linda Schwendiman, née Marr, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends March 1st, 2016.
Linda was born on March 6th, 1949 in Akron and was a graduate of Kenmore High School. She was a loving wife and mother who will be known for being a loyal caregiver to all those around her. She enjoyed rooting for Cleveland sports teams, playing black-jack at Seneca Niagara Casino, and her cats.
She is survived by her husband of 44-years, Donald E. Schwendiman; daughter, Kelly (Tim) Morber; grandchildren, Kayla, Hannah, Daniel and Lily Morber; step-daughter, Kelly R. Bessette; grandchildren, Michael, Karinne, and Sarah Bessette; and great-granddaughter, Aurianna Bessette; sister, Diane (Frank) Manning of Lorton, Va; brother,
Francis "Scrap" (Cathy) Marr of Akron; life-long friend, Cynthia Meyer of Canal Fulton; and many loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Mary Marr of Akron, Oh.
Mass of Christian burial to be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Saints Philip and James Catholic Church, 532 High Street NE, Canal Fulton, Oh 44614, Fr. Kevin McCaffrey celebrant. Friends may call on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. at Swigart/Easterling Funeral Home 624 Cherry Street E, Canal Fulton, Oh.
