Lois Walsh Obituary
Lois G. Walsh, 91, of Clinton died Sunday, February 2, 2014 at her home.
Lois was born September 13,1922 in Canal Fulton to the late John and Nancy (Dantz) Arter. She was a life resident of the area, had worked at Chapel Hill Community and retired from B-Lovely Beauty Salon, where she was co-owner. Lois was lifelong member of the Clinton Church of the Nazarene.
Besides her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Robert J. Walsh on July 16, 2013; son, Lynn Robert Walsh; brothers, Charles and John Arter; sisters, Bertha Witherow, Pearl Sense, Frances F. Dittmer and Bea Johnson. She is survived by daughter, Linda (Ron) Scarbrough of Marshallville; sons, Bruce (Sandi) Walsh of Avon and Roger (Carol) Walsh of Marshallville; nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service THURSDAY 11 a.m. at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 East Cherry Street (Rte. 93, Canal Fulton) with Pastor Mark Daneen officiating. Burial will be at Canal Fulton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home WEDNESDAY 5 to 7 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clinton Church of the Nazarene, 2850 Hickory St., Clinton, OH 44216 or HMC Barberton Hospice and Palliative Care, 527 W. my deepest regret that I cant share in the celabration of your mothers life. She was my prayor warrior for many years and my companian for the last 2 years. I will always miss her. patty

To my Dear Great-Great Aunt Lois, It was my pleasure to be able to spend so much time with you the last couple of months. You were a wonderful women. I remembered family reunions at Warwick park and always the Christmas parties in the Church Basement. I sure will miss you but NEVER FORGET you! Love The Webster and The Cline family.

Dear Walsh family, For years going to the Clinton church as a child, your mom is one of my fondest memories. And then just several years ago at Aunt Edith Davidsons funeral there was your mom helping with all the food just as she did forty years ago. She looked fantastic. She was just the nicest lady you could ever meet. I am so very sorry to read of her passing. The angels in heaven are surly rejoicing. Sincerely Doug Blanar
