Joseph K. Elavsky
Our beloved Joseph slipped from his earthly bonds and transcended to sit at the feet of God on 6 September 2018.
Though limited in his abilities while he graced our lives, he is now forever free to walk and talk with all his loved ones that preceded him in death. Joe's favorite things were to make us smile, laugh, love and think. He taught us to face our inabilities head on with dignity.
Joe was preceded in death by his Grandparents, George and Nellie Weidlich, Dad, Jerry, Brother, John and many dear loved ones. He is survived by his Mother, Phyllis; Brother, Tim (JoAnn); Niece, Melissa; and many loving family members.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at the Schlup Pucak Funeral Home, 788 Kenmore Blvd., Akron. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Funeral Home with Rev. Samuel Ciccolini officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
The Schlup PucakFuneral Home is honored to serve the Elavsky family. Messages and memories of Joseph can be shared at schluppucakfh.com.
