Richard Fendenheim Obituary
Richard L. Fendenheim, 70, of Clinton died Sunday, Sept. 7, 2014 at his home. Richard was born February 17, 1944 in Akron to the late Grant and Bernice (Bliler) Fendenheim.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1960 until 1964, retired from Consolidated Freightways with 37 years service; retiring to his home in Clinton where he worked his farm.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce in 2011; his sister, Elizabeth "Dolly" Smith; and is survived by his sons, Richard (Stacie) Fendenheim and Jon Fendenheim; six grandchildren; brother, James (Debbie) Fendenheim; two nieces and six nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Swigart-Easterling Funeral Home, 624 E. Cherry St. (time and date to be announced) with Rev. Rod Grabski, officiating. Burial will be at Clinton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, one hour prior to time of service.

Dear Richard, Jon, and family,
We were neighbors to your dad and mom on Van Buren Rd. I ran into your father at the post office and my husband introduced us. He was sitting in his new car looking through his mail and was so friendly answering our questions about his car and talking about what was going on in Clinton. My husband knew him better than I did meeting with him about his roof and stopping to visit at his house. He was so sweet and caring and I think of him often driving by his place. I walk through the cemetery often, and will look after the flowers and grave of your parents. May God be with your families as I know you are missing your father and mother. Take care-
