Rosie and her sister Maggie went to Goodrich Jr High when I was there. We became friends as I also had a twin sister. She went to Garfield and I to Central and we would see each other periodically over the years. When I moved to the Canal Fulton area I went into the Chamber of Commerce and she was there. We got caught up and she mentioned she was leaving and wondered if I might want to apply for her job. Which I did and got. I spent 4 years there and would see Rosie every once in a while. She always had that great smile. Memories Eternal Rosie. May you rest in Peace.

for myself, and Shepherd's House I want to express my most sincere sympathy to all that were blessed to know Rozi. She was such a light!!!! I so enjoyed her visits, her stories, and I was so very grateful for her never-ending support of our domestic violence shelter. She will be so sadly missed by all of us. I loved her dearly. I would also like to say, that I am beyond touched and honored that our shelter is mentioned to receive donations in her memory. We will never ever forget her, and will keep her memory alive in our shelter always.

We had recently heard that Rozie had cancer. I was so very sad when I read in the paper today that she passed away. We became friends thru the senior citizens in Vinton County when we moved there from Columbus. She was a lovely person and she will be missed. To her family, please except our sincere sympathy. Rozie, rest in peace.

Kati and Mike, So sorry to learn of your mom's passing. I spoke to her not long ago when she was going to begin treatment. I was thinking of her this week and was going to call and check on her but sadly I was too late. Don't know if you know the story your mom and I tell, but we were in the nursery at Peoples hospital together in 1942. I would tell people that she was the first gal I ever slept with and she would do the same. I was so happy that she had moved back here and we were able to see her again. We Hunkies would love to talk about our heritage. Sorry we cannot be at the calling or the funeral as we will be in Columbus. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
