Thomas T. Flynn
WADSWORTH -- On April 12, 2014 the world lost one of its finest treasures when Thomas T. Flynn took his last breath.
Tom was born on December 15, 1944 in Canandaigua, New York to Walter and Ursula (Tracey) Flynn. He grew up in Canandaigua, New York where he spent his days either waterskiing on the lake, golfing with his sister, Kitty, or playing poker or pool with his buddies.
Tom came to Ohio in 1962 and graduated from Mount Union College in 1966 and Case Western Reserve Law School in 1969. He spent his adult life in Rittman and Wadsworth and practiced law for his entire career in Wayne County, initially with Rhonemus, Dalbey, Bradford and Flynn for nine years and then with Flynn & Clark for 30 years. When he wasn't spending time with his family, he could be found playing golf, cards or enjoying time with his many friends. Tom absolutely lived his life to the fullest and truly enjoyed every minute. In his lifetime, he was a pilot, boater, traveler, husband, father and grandfather. He was the voice of the Rittman Indians for 21 years and always gave freely to the community. Tom never met a stranger and called everyone a friend.
Tom is survived by the love of his life, Sandi (Jenkins), who has been by his side professionally since 1977 and in marriage since 1988. He is also survived by his two children. His adoring daughter, Katherine (Katie) lives in North Carolina with her husband, Deron, and two boys, Braden and Quinn. His son, Scott, currently lives in the Philippines and has three daughters, Catherine, Elizabeth and Sandra. Tom is also survived by his two sisters, Kitty (Lew) Matzkin of Connecticut/Florida and Barbara (Arthur) Emeneau of Massachusetts; as well as fourteen nephews and nieces and five great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

Sandi - I am so sorry to hear about Tom's passing. He was a good man and and a very good friend for 50 years. We had some great times together - great memories. I wish I could be there to pay my respects but time and distance make that impossible. He lived life to the fullest - I will miss him. Tom Young
