William Righter Obituary
William Howard Righter, 98, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 26, 2013.
He was a life resident of Akron, a member of the Akron Baptist Temple where he served as a bus driver and greeter; along with the nursing home ministry.
Preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Faye; sons-in-law, Fred Morgan and Ed Somerick and daughter-in-law, Marguerite Righter; Howard is survived by his sons, William (Carole) Righter and Robert Righter; daughters, Sue (Walt) Kyer, Betty Ann (Larry) Moore and Debbie (John) Anushock; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews; other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203 with Rev. Mike Prebynski officiating. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Calling hours Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
