What an honor to call him our friend and neighbor.

Carl and Hazel were second homeowners at the Ponderosa Condominiums in Mt. Crested Butte, CO. As the exterior property manager, it was my highlight of the day to have Carl greet me in the am in his PJ's. Always a cheerful "Good Morning, Donna" I've missed Carl and Hazel since they sold their unit, and they'll be very fondly remembered.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kendrick only a couple of times but after working with his son, Bob, for the last five years I know that he was an amazing, strong man.He leaves behind a wonderful family and I know their strength in one another as well as God, they will get through this rough time. I know Mr. Kendrick has touched a lot of lives and has left many wonderful memories for those who were closest to him.

Karl Kendrick was just such a kind and generous man. I was around him in the '80's when SE Exploration was located in the Paragon Building, 30+ years ago. I worked for Leadership Properties and I'll never forget one year in the late '80's when LP was located in the old OG&E building on Classen he unexpectedly came in with envelopes of cash on payday because he knew we were not going to get paid on time and just handed over cash. I also had a little experience at the skating rink where he realized my (garage sale) skate wheels were pretty bad and he had new wheels put on my skates, wouldn't have it any other way and wouldn't let me pay for it. I've heard other stories of his kindnesses. Sincerely, Frances Louderback
