I am blessed to be in the divine family with brother Don. We will all rejoice to be with him again soon.
Much was given as was expected; "His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord" (Matt 25:21).
The world lost a truly remarkable and giving man. Jan and Don were working with the youth group and going on the retreats with us at Metro. I will never forget the love, comfort, fun and wisdom we gained from spending time with them. He was a man of God. God used him in so many lives. My heart goes out to Jan and his family.
We are very sorry for your loss and our prayers are with you.
Gilliland family: I am so sorry for your loss. He will be missed by all, we lost an angel here on Earth but Heaven is celebrating.
Please accept our condolences We are sorry for your loss. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers
Don will truly be missed at Whiz Kids not only by the kids but also the mentors. Steve Bodine
Dr. Gilliland was my eye Dr. for well over 40 years. He was a fine Christian man; when the Lord calls our loved ones home, He leaves a gift of memories in exchange. Hold on to your memories and let them guide you during this time of sadness. I shall miss him. My prayers to all the family.
We wish to express our deepest sympathy for your loss. Cherish the wonderful memories that celebrate his life.

Wei will remember you always as a loving brother, brother-in-law, and uncle .
Dave and I are praying for your family at this time. We are so thankful to Donald for the help he gave us when we were in China and faced with eye problems. How awesome that God provided a cousin for me with just the right knowledge we needed many miles from all that was familiar. Donald was gracious to us and very prompt at keeping in touch. Donald also sent a beautiful framed picture and poem to Mother when Stanley went to be with the Lord which she hung in one of the bedrooms. I know that his family will continue his spirit of helping and caring. Love, Dave and Peggy (Gilliland) Linn
