I have been a fan of Wayman Tisdale since he was in college and I was in junior high school, watching his games with my dad. He was a favorite of mine while in the NBA, but as much as I always liked him, I fell in love with him like family through his music. When he died, I was heartbroken. He died at the age of 44, just like my only sibling 3 years earlier. He died two days before the anniversary of my dad's passing. I always loved his music, but once he passed away, I made sure that every cd in my car was by him. A day never goes by that I am not listening to a Wayman song. It soothes my mind and touches my soul. My entire family were all moved by his loss and I just want to say thank you to Mrs. Tisdale (his mom), Mrs. Regina Tisdale and all of his children for sharing such a beautiful spirit with the rest of the world. God bless the entire Tisdale family; his music will live on forever as well as well as the vision of his smile, his personable nature and the endless memories of him on the basketball court.
