Oct 8, 1928 - Feb 1, 2014 EDMOND William "Bill" Lloyd Hurley was born the son of Bert and Celorah Hurley October 8, 1928, in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He died February 1, 2014, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Bill served this country in the 45th Infantry in the Korean War. Upon returning home, he spent his working life in the floral industry. He married his greatest love, Nancy Dolores Waters. His gentle spirit and sweet smile will be dearly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Joe Bert Hurley. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; daughter and son-in-law, Jodie and Michael McCollum; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Kay Hurley; grandchildren, Rashi and R.J. Roberson, Callye and Josh Crespo, Toamey McCollum, Satchel McCollum, Diego McCollum, Sydney Lewis, Will Hurley, and Michael Hurley; great-grandchild, Caiden Roberson; brother and wife, Patrick & Marilyn Hurley; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Johnny and Tina Waters; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A special thank-you goes to the staff of Clare Bridge for their love and care of him. A private service will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2014, under the direction of Memorial Park Funeral Home & Cemetery.

We are sad to have learned of Bill's passing. We have so many fond memories and he will always be remembered as Mr."H" to all of us from their Scottsdale neighborhood friends. Our sincere condolences to Nancy and the extended Hurley family. Bill will be truly missed but our great memories will live on.
