Larry, you were my life, the one who motivated me, the one who considered others first before himself, the partner who can never be replaced in my life. Love, Luke

Thanks for all the many thoughts for my best friend and partner, Larry Parr. Fifty-two years may seem like a long time, but to me, it was too short!

I lived next door to Larry's Uncle, Aunt and cousins. He used to visit them and was always a positive influence --happy, funny, friendly -- a great person to be around. I'm sure that his Uncle, Aunt, cousin and many others greeted him warmly as soon as he left this life.

Sincere condolences to Luke and Larry's family and many friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Luke: I will miss Larry so much.
I have loved Larry since we were kids.
When he brought you into our life, you blended and were one of us.

I will miss him so much.

In this picture he has that great big laugh. He never lost his sense of humor and the laughter.

I could always tell when he was feeling better, he would send something on the genealogy. He was always an email away.

... I loved all the pictures of Larry and all the wonderful tributes to Larry. He was the best of the best.

When we were kids, we use to go to the creek and jump off the old pillar for the old covered bridge. I can still see Larry standing up on the pillar praying before he would jump.

It is amazing what the mind recalls. Just so so many child hood/teen years memories.

You did an outstanding job with the service.

Please continue to take care of yourself and keep in touch.

Your friend,

I had the privilege of working with Larry both at Delta and at SITA. He was always so positive, so funny, and just a great person to be around. He will be sorely missed by many.
Condolences to all, and especially to Luke.
