Bobby was a nice guy and a good Cornet player. We marched in the Redcoat Band together between 1977-79. I didn't get to know him very well, but I did get to know his family. So sorry for your loss!

Bobby was a good friend since Athens in high school (CCHS) and college (UGA). He has been a very close friend to my brother Stan for 40 yrs. My family, esp. my brother Jeff and my cousins BeBe and Larry have known him for many years. Back in the 70's he brought over a record album that was the Hobbit narrated by JRR Tolkien. This was awesome..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VOdv2RE4jg. Often when I rolled into town in Atlanta over the years Stan and I would get together with Bobby for lunch or at a Tavern in VA Highlands. He and his friend Mike Dillinger and Stan came to St. John when I lived there in 2002. We had a great time. Tragically Bobby's close friend, our new friend, Mike died of cancer 3 yrs later. Mike made the photo below. Bobby never let his disability get him down and living life and pursuing his passions (photography, travel, and partying with friends). He was a very talented photographer and web designer. Many of his works are displayed in the homes of friends, some from 20-30 yrs ago. He touched many lives. We raise a glass to you, our friend, and we miss you Bobby.

Bobby was my dear friend. We had similar career paths as photographers in New York & Atlanta. The last time I saw him we went to hear jazz at a Decatur coffee house. He made a pretty girl smile.

I worked with Bobby during the time he was at Emory. I appriciated the fact that he was always in a good mood and made me laugh. I will always remember his strength courage and cheerful outlook on life.

I was sad to her about Bobby's passing. Bobby was two years ahead of me in high school and the brother of my good friend, Steve. My sympathies to the family.

I am extremely saddened to hear of Bobby's passing and that he had become legally blind. I knew Bobby in high school and although I was two grades ahead of him, I found him funny and sincere. My deepest sympathies to the entire Noble family.
