Watching baseball all day long, singing together all night long. Those are the times I'll miss the most. Listening to stories he'd share, cooking up some bomb fried fish, teaching us to appreciate true musicianship and natural talents/gifts God gave. I can never think of a bad or negative thing he ever did or said. He always put others first. Not many ppl who u can look up to now days but my grandpa "popo" surely is one who I'll always remember and he is one of my roll models. Ur always in my heart and mind and thank u for the confirmation yesterday that ur no longer suffering and ur spirit lives among us. U fought the good fight and finished the race popo. Now celebrate playing music and singing in rock n roll heaven. Love u so much

I used to play my piano/sing and stop mid-song sometimes because I didn't want to be loud, but he could hear me from his bedroom and he would tell me to keep playing. I will forever cherish him and never stop playing for I know his legacy lives through our family. I love you so my handsome grandfather. Thinking of you always.
